Carla Di Meo Co-Founder

I have over 19 years of experience within small and mid-sized companies as Head of HR and Finance, as Recruitment Consultant and as HR Consultant. Previously I gained experience in different tech-roles, working for Apple and Avid Technology.

As a member of management teams I have bridged the needs of the business with the expectations of employees and other stakeholders. I facilitate effective communication to positively impact results.

Sebastien Fonteyn Co-Founder

With over 20 years of experience as an HR professional on various HR roles, with my last 6 years as regional Director in fast paced environments, I have a strong international background in large and mid-sized organisations across EMEA, LATAM and US markets.

By partnering with business leaders, I facilitated the HR decision-making process in line with the business priorities, all while keeping a strong focus on leader’s growth and development so they increase their impact on their teams.

HR EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT

We are continuously looking for HR Professionals in Switzerland and internationally.

Having direct experience of at least 5 years as Head of HR, in the private sector.

You have a profound interest in and knowledge about startups and scaleups, corporate culture, business, technology and the future of work.

You like to be challenged, are a critical thinker and know how to add value with your advice on strategy at executive level. You want to partner, help companies grow, are hands on and like to commit in the long term. Of course you are empathic and have a great sense of humour.

Full professional English language proficiency is required.
